She graduated from David Douglas High School and Mt. Hood Community College. She was a homemaker and real estate agent.
Survivors include her daughters, Corrine Hoffard and Candace Hoffard Roman; son, Christopher Operude Hoffard; father, Leon; mother, Charlene Thomas; sisters, Kathleen Hoffard and Francesca Copp; brothers, Charles and John; and seven grandchildren.
